As a filming location, The Annex is a clean slate with good bones. Its style is limited only by your imagination. Our exposed brick, high ceilings, and concrete floor make for a perfect backdrop for your film production or photo shoot.
If multiple space types are needed, inquire about use of The Garden or other parts of Scout Workshop, which includes office studio space, a kitchen, conference rooms, and more.
Workshops & Off-sites
Bring your team to The Annex to think, collaborate, and align. Our space is ideal for getting it all done and can include lounge space, break-out areas, a room for meal & beverage set-up, as well as a central gathering space.
We provide a high-definition projects, large screen, speakers, whiteboards, and a tool cart (with necessities like markers & Post-its) for brainstorming sessions. Get ready for the creative juices to flow and make your next big move. Ask us about our dedicated catering prep area, providing a coffee cart, or catering partnerships.
